This is a seasonal product. Birch sap is only harvested for a few short weeks each spring, with syrup becoming available to us usually in early summer when it’s bottled.

Bridge Creek Birch Syrup is the only birch syrup harvester on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. (Anna & Jake are super cool people who are pros at making this sweet stuff!)
