*2023 harvest is here!*
And when it's gone, it's gone.
This is a seasonal product. Birch sap is only harvested for a few short weeks each spring, with syrup becoming available to us usually in early summer when it’s bottled.
Bridge Creek Birch Syrup is the only birch syrup harvester on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. (Anna & Jake are super cool people who are pros at making this sweet stuff!)
Birch syrup has a complex flavor profile that's great on so much more than breakfast* foods! #bebrave
pro tip: Try this syrup in your next barbecue sauce or marinade for salmon or beef! Yum.
Early, mid, and late run syrup may be available. Early run tends to be the lightest and sweetest, and late run is darker and bolder.
100% pure birch syrup made in Homer, Alaska
Birch syrup and Spit Salt are the only ingredients in our Birchy Spit Salt!)
*But yes, you should also put it on pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, and biscuits.
