Operations and Online Ordering Updates
We're back in action! And oh, how we missed you. We are currently operating with a tiny core crew (isolated from one another, of course).
While we strive to ship online orders within one business day, with product shortages and fewer hands it may take us longer to fulfill orders during these (really weird) times. We will update customers whose orders may take longer to complete, but please don't hesitate to contact us anytime (email@example.com). We would love to hear from you. - Holly
Due to the state mandate to "shelter in place" in Alaska, we have decided close all operations for one week to assess what this means for our business. We will revisit continuing basic manufacturing and fulfillment of online orders next week.
During this time, all customers who place an online order will be notified and offered options to either wait until things reopen or be issued a refund.
We are taking a lot of this time to focus on our families and email responses may take a few days.
