This is a seasonal product. Birch sap is only harvested for a few short weeks each spring, with syrup becoming available to us usually in early summer when it’s bottled. The 2020 harvest is due to be sold out in December.
Bridge Creek Birch Syrup is the only birch syrup harvester on the Kenai Peninsula. (Anna & Jake are super cool people who are pros at making this sweet stuff!)
Birch syrup has a complex flavor profile that's great on so much more than breakfast* foods! #bebrave
pro tip: Try this syrup in your next barbecue sauce or marinade for salmon or beef! Yum.
100% pure birch syrup made in Homer, Alaska
Birch syrup and Spit Salt are the only ingredients in our Birchy Spit Salt!)
*But yes, you should also put it on pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, and biscuits.
