Birch Syrup

Birch syrup a super special, super seasonal product. Birch sap is only harvested for a few short weeks each spring, with syrup available to us usually in early summer when it’s bottled. And then when it's gone, it's gone until the next year.

Bridge Creek Birch Syrup is the only birch syrup harvester on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. (Anna & Jake are super cool people who are pros at making this sweet stuff!)

Early, mid, and late run syrup may be available. Early run tends to be the lightest and sweetest, and late run is darker and bolder.
