Our source is a small family-run business started by four brothers who began diving for sponges in the Aegean, Mediterranean, and Black Seas in the 1940s.
Natural sponges vary in shape and size. The silk sponges we offer are 2 1/2" to 3" and grass sponges are 4" - 5".
