These beaded earrings feature dentalium, shells from a hollow-shelled mollusk called scaphopods. They are hand-made by Hannah Baum of Wild Child.
The small, tusk-like structures have been historically used as valuable currency in Alaska, Canada, and throughout North America and continue to be used today to create modern jewelry.
