Locally roasted, this blend is designed to be comforting, complex, and deeply satisfying, this seasonal blend was created to shine during the colder months. Through extensive cupping and refinement, we paired our vibrant Ethiopian Konga with the rich, structured character of Papua New Guinea coffees to achieve a beautifully balanced profile.

The result is a cup that opens with a bright pop of ripe Bing cherry, followed by the gentle sweetness of date sugar. As it cools, a deep dark chocolate finish emerges, adding warmth and depth to every sip. Smooth, layered, and inviting, this blend is ideal for slow winter mornings, cozy afternoons, and anyone seeking a comforting yet expressive coffee experience.
